The Eau Claire Crush lost for the sixth time in row, this time to the Chippewa Valley Predators, 54-0. This is the second time the Crush lost to Predators this season.
The defense played with maximum effort and passion, containing the Predators early in the game. Linebacker Mike Ugo led the way with 4 tackles. Caitlin Donnely had the highlight of the game for the Crush with a big sack, which forced a fumble, which he recovered.
The offense was run-heavy and mostly held in check. Running back Aaron Solley was the workhorse for the Crush, tallying a tough 88 yards on 21 carries.
The passing game was absent with only one completion among the three rotating quarterbacks, a worrying trend for the Crush.
