EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - Playmakers Bar and Grill will be the official “Home of the Crush” throughout the 2013 season. Community members will be able to join the players at the bar after Eau Claire Crush games and enjoy exclusive
specials.
Fans who bring their ticket stubs to Playmakers after Saturday home games can take advantage of the following
deals:
-$1 off appetizers
-$5 pitchers of domestic taps
-$10 buckets of domestic taps
-50 cent Saucy Balls
-$14 18-inch 3-topping pizzas
Community members can also win tickets to Crush games atPlaymakers events like bingo and trivia.
The Crush are excited about the partnership. “I do believe that the partnership will benefit both organizations,”says Steven Parker, the Eau Claire Crush’s general manager.
The current owners of Playmakers are Inna Roth and Ryan Rubenzer. Located on 101 Graham Avenue, Roth believes that it is the place to be for sports fans. “We want people to know that you can come here for a really good meal,” Rubenzer says.” You can come here to hang out and just chat with your friends, and we have a really great nightlife scene.”
In August of 2012, Playmakers had a grand re-opening where they revealed their Tiki Bar addition as well as a new
fireplace and sliding doors. Creating an inviting atmosphere is something that Roth and Rubenzer have
been working toward since they took over ownership of the bar in 2010.
Playmakers Bar and Grill is open daily from 4pm-2am, opening earlier on weekends, and staying open later on Friday and Saturday. They run specials every night, including Thursday Rib Nights and Fish Fry Fridays. A full list of specials can be found at playmakerseauclaire.com.
